Project Description

The premises of this 16th century bakery were to be transformed into a restaurant-pizzeria. The major drawback and complexity arose from the fact that the space was divided into 6 separate independent entities with no windows and therefore no natural light.

The lighting design strategy was to be based primarily on bringing the right colour temperature and give it life. The LED modules chosen were all  at between 5000 and 6500K. People dining had to feel at ease not noticing the absence of openings and without feeling any claustrophobia.

The photometrics study had to be very precise and rather thorough.
